About the Job
This is a strategic role focused on driving revenue and market expansion. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will handle high-level negotiations, sales forecasting, and market analysis. You will play a key part in the success of the company’s new manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop plans to reach regional sales and revenue targets.
- Analyze the market to find new opportunities in Rubber, Polymers, and Oil & Gas.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value business contracts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients.
- Use CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and customer data.
- At least 5 years of experience in specialty chemical or B2B industrial sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- Strong technical knowledge of chemicals like process oils, waxes, or polymers.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and expand into new markets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
