Administrative Assistant

Minimum SPM level. Higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience is preferred but fresh graduate will be considered.
- Location near to working venue (within 10-15km) is an advantage, own transport is not a must.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an advantage but not required.

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and interviews.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
