Our client is seeking a Senior Manager for Total Rewards & HR Operations. This role is pivotal in driving strategic priorities, enhancing organisational efficiency, and digitalising work processes. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy, policies, and programmes.

Your leadership skills will be utilised to develop a team ensuring the company's reward strategy is implemented effectively, within established budgets and in compliance with relevant regulations.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager for Total Rewards & HR Operations, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategic priorities of the department. Your responsibilities will span across various areas including annual salary review, performance bonus planning, benefits renewal & management, budget exercises, new benefits development and vendor management.
You will also oversee Group insurance & medical outsourcing programmes along with other health-related benefits plans. Your expertise will be required in managing global mobility, international assignments and expatriate management on statutory matters.

Additionally, you will oversee the full spectrum of payroll and HR operations ensuring accurate and timely execution of processes.

  • Drive Total Rewards processes including annual salary review and performance bonus planning
  • Monitor, review, benchmark and update Total Rewards policies to align with Company strategic priorities and external market trends
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs are current, competitive and in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Lead job evaluations and conduct salary benchmarking exercises
  • Oversee Group insurance & medical outsourcing programmes and other health related benefits plans
  • Responsible for global mobility, international assignment and expatriate management on statutory matters
  • Oversee the full spectrum of payroll and HR operations to ensure accurate and timely execution of processes
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory bodies’ requirements
  • Identify payroll issues and challenges and provide sound recommendations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager Total Rewards & HR Operations role brings a wealth of experience in similar roles. With at least 10 years' experience in Total Rewards and multiple HR functions, you have proven your ability to design or implement HR programs within large business units.
Your strong leadership traits, excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills set you apart. You are adept at managing multiple priorities using your strong organisational skills. Your excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills coupled with logical reasoning make you a valuable asset to the team.

Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation.

  • Minimum 10 years’ working experience in similar capacity with experience in Total Rewards and multiple HR functions
  • Experience in designing and/or implementing HR programs within a large business unit
  • Ability to manage operational processes while being a strategic partner to the Total Rewards business partner
  • Strong leadership traits with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities utilizing strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with logical reasoning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill.
