Work you’ll do
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Manager/Senior Manager, Performance Management to lead the end-to-end delivery of Deloitte SEA’s performance management cycles and shape the region’s performance culture.
This role is a key member of the SEA Performance, Compensation & Benefits CoE, responsible for leading firmwide mid-year and year-end performance review cycles, as well as developing and maintaining SEA-wide performance management guidelines, policies, and enablement tools.The goal is to ensure a consistent, fair, and developmental performance experience that supports Deloitte’s 368 Talent Strategy and Shared Values.
You will work across multiple countries and stakeholder groups to deliver seamless performance processes, while also leveraging data and feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Cycle Management- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of mid-year and year-end performance review cycles across Deloitte SEA
- Manage cycle calendars, communication rollouts, system readiness, issue resolution, and progress tracking
- Collaborate with BU and country HR teams to ensure consistent implementation with flexibility for local context
- Develop, update, and socialize SEA-wide performance management guidelines and frameworks that are aligned to business goals and global standards
- Ensure policies and processes integrate effectively with related areas (e.g., compensation, promotions, coaching, talent development)
- Promote fairness, transparency, and simplicity in performance-related processes
- Prepare toolkits, templates, guides, FAQs, and briefing decks for HR/Talent teams, Talent Leaders, and employees
- Support the upskilling of HR and business users to ensure confident execution of performance practices
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders on system configurations (e.g., SuccessFactors) and user experience enhancements
- Monitor and report on key performance management metrics and indicators
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance tools, guidance, and process experience
- Apply internal insights and external best practices to evolve Deloitte SEA’s performance approach over time

Requirements
Education & Professional Background- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- A Master’s degree, professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRM), or specialization in performance management is an advantage
- Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in performance management or related areas such as rewards, talent development, or HR operations
- Experience managing or coordinating large-scale performance cycles across multiple geographies, preferably in a matrix or regional setting
- Prior exposure to policy development, stakeholder engagement, system support (SuccessFactors preferred), and performance data analysis
- Familiarity with coaching and feedback-driven cultures is a strong plus
- Strong project and program management skills, with ability to juggle timelines, stakeholders, and systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working across countries, cultures, and levels of the organization
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
