Are you a digital native with a passion for driving results? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team. You will be at the forefront of managing diverse digital campaigns, from social media to e-commerce, for our exciting portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily to ensure maximum ROI and achieve client KPIs.
- Manage and grow social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Manage and optimize client storefronts on key e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and their own brand websites.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our internal creative and strategy teams, as well as external partners and agencies.
- Continuously research and stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

The Hiring Process
Our process is designed to be straightforward:
- Application Review: We review your Hiredly profile and application.
- In-Person Interview: Successful candidates will be invited for an interview at our office in Petaling Jaya.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management, preferably within an agency.
- Proven familiarity with managing ads on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, with stellar organizational and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in English (and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin, a plus) and creative thinking abilities.
- A self-starter who can work independently as well as a collaborative team player.
- Must be based in or able to commute to our office in Petaling Jaya daily.
- Hands-on experience managing Seller Centres on Shopee and/or Lazada.
- Experience with emerging platforms like TikTok Shop or XiaoHongShu.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, automated content generation, chatbots).
- A problem-solver with a strong client-centric approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
