Assist in the preparation of various beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory of beverage stock, including monitoring stock levels and reporting low stock to supervisors.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Follow prescribed recipes and preparation methods accurately to ensure consistency in food and beverage offerings.
- Operate and maintain brewing equipment and other beverage preparation tools efficiently and safely.
- Understand and apply various beverage preparation methods, including brewing, mixing, and garnishing.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu inquiries and recommendations.
- Accurately take customer orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly for timely service.
- Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and efficiently, adhering to service standards.
- Maintain a tidy and organized dining area, including clearing tables and ensuring a pleasant customer environment.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and other payment methods.
- Assist with the delivery of food and beverages to tables or designated areas.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities within the kitchen operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Assist in maintaining the tidiness and organization of the dining area, including table setting and clearing.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding menu items and provide recommendations based on customer preferences and availability.
- Support the team in taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
