Surveillance Operator (Casino)

This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Casino Dealer or in Surveillance within a hotel/casino environment (or equivalent).
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of casino games and gaming operations.
- Experience as a Surveillance Operator, Pit Supervisor, or Senior Dealer is an advantage.
- Good English fluency (spoken and written), with proper grammar usage.
- Monitor casino floor activities through surveillance systems to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
- Detect, investigate, and report any suspicious activities, fraud, or irregularities in gaming operations.
- Observe table games and dealer performance to ensure fair play and adherence to standard procedures.
- Review recorded footage and prepare detailed incident reports for management review.
- Coordinate with floor staff, pit supervisors, and security teams on operational or security matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance information and casino operations.
- Ensure all gaming activities comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in identifying operational risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Support investigations related to disputes, complaints, or suspected misconduct.
- Stay updated on gaming rules, procedures, and surveillance technology.
- Provide guidance or feedback to dealers and staff when necessary to improve compliance and performance.
- Perform other ad hoc duties related to casino operations and surveillance as assigned.
