Basic computer skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- Able to read and type in Mandarin (Pinyin input method)
- Possess own transport Proven experience in marketing, preferably in direct selling or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work closely with agents and internal teams Willing to travel outstation when required good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and handle both operational and marketing responsibilities
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (able to communicate with agents and customers)
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s healthcare products
- Support and assist agents in sales activities, product promotion, and business development
- Maintain close communication with agents to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships
- Travel outstation when required to support agents, events, and market expansion
- Coordinate with counter/operations team on order processing, delivery, and customer service matters
- Handle and support customer inquiries and registrations for online campaigns, promotions, and events
- Assist in organizing and executing both online and offline marketing activities
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve sales performance and strategies
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB (Statutory contributions/taxes)

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
