- Previous sales or marketing experience, even internships or volunteer roles, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Enthusiasm for learning about financial products and services, particularly in risk management.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and company events.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote financial products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs within the Malaysian market.
- Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Engage with potential clients through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media) to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with senior sales and marketing staff to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities in the company's CRM system.
