Headmistress Group is looking to hire a Branch Sales Manager to manage the sales and operations of the Headmistress outlet. The key responsibilities of this position are to run and manage the sales and operational aspects of the outlet including:-

• Strategizing, planning and executing the marketing and sales initiatives to meet the monthly sales target
• Recommending customers for the right treatment for their scalp condition (training will be provided)
• Selling/closing treatment packages and/or products
• Managing the daily operations of the outlet
• Building customer relationships
