Minimum education SPM.
- Fluent in English
- Preferably with outspoken personality.
- Presentable outlook and personality.
- With Customer Service experiene is added advantage
- Computer Literate

- Willing to work in Night Shifts 9 pm to 6 am or 8 pm to 5 am
- Confer with customers by telephone or chat to provide information about products.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Enhance and improve current process.
- Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
