Marketing Manager

At least Degree holder in Marketing

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently with timely, high-quality output.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written).
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Creative, disciplined, and responsible.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across digital, social media, events, and traditional platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and manage marketing budget efficiently.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Lead and mentor a small team or external vendors when required.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies.
• Strengthen brand awareness and positioning
• Prepare regular marketing reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
