Body and Paint Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day body and paint operations for efficiency and superior workmanship.
• Lead and supervise a team of skilled technicians and painters, offering guidance and training.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enhanced efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of paints, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest repair and refinishing standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with customer service to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the body and paint shop, adhering to safety standards.
• Prepare reports on departmental performance and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Body and Paint Manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive body repair and paint processes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
