Sales Operations Assistant

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales reports.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, coordinating with relevant departments for order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain organized sales records and filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on sales-related campaigns and promotions.
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up actions for sales team meetings.
- Assist in managing sales inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.
