Video Creator (Real Estate/Property Development sector)

Role Overview:

• Are you a storyteller with a camera? We are looking for a dynamic Video Creator to produce high-impact short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and XiaoHongShu (XHS). You will be responsible for the end-to-end production process—from brainstorming ideas to the final edit—ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Handle all aspects of filming and editing for short-form social media platforms.
• Creative Input: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh video concepts and storytelling angles.
• On-Site Directing: Guide and direct subjects during shoots to ensure natural, appealing, and professional performances.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on viral trends and adapt them to the property and lifestyle niche.
• Field Work: Ability to work on-site and travel for outdoor shoots as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in filming equipment and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• A strong understanding of social media storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience in E-commerce, Property, Lifestyle content, or Interview-style videos will be preferred.
