Procurement Executive (Dry Grocery)

Diploma/Degree in Business / Supply Chain or related
- 1 - 3 years procurement experience in a related field is required for this position
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Can speak in English, B.M, Mandarin
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Full-Time Position(s) available
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs
- Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Process purchase orders and follow up deliveries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery, especially for perishable goods
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, pricing, and service
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Minimize wastage and optimize stock turnover
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance
- Work closely with internal teams for demand planning
