  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track sales performance, and generate reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets within the beauty and skincare sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives and market trends.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and generate insightful reports for sales planning and analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales support and training to clients to ensure they are knowledgeable about Astraluma Beauty's products and services.
