- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve customer issues.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and freight forwarding.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with order processing, quote preparation, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and handle other administrative duties for the sales team.
- Provide reports, analyze sales data, and support sales strategies and plans.
- Track and coordinate sales leads, monitor progress, and provide updates to the sales team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Salary RM2500 - RM4000 (IT will be decided base on experience and what the candidate can convince us during interviews)
