Executive - What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
• Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
• Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.
• Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.
• Senior Executive (Lead) - What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute end-to-end KOL marketing strategies to attract new brand users, increase product interest, and drive sales.
• Analyze market trends to identify optimal content promotion strategies.
• Forecast growth and ROI for KOL marketing campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of KOL specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to enhance team skills in influencer outreach, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Campaign Management:

• Oversee the identification and engagement of suitable KOLs/influencers, including celebrities and mega influencers, to collaborate on campaigns.
• Manage the creation and presentation of campaign briefs, review KOL content drafts, and ensure high-quality execution of campaigns.
• Monitor and control overall campaign progress to achieve targets set by the supervisor.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure branding consistency and alignment across all campaigns and product communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, celebrities, and key opinion leaders.

Performance Analysis:

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize campaign impact.

Others:

• Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.
• Executive - What We’re Looking For:
• Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Marketing Communications, Business Admin, Multimedia, Advertising, or any other related fields.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Influencer Marketing.
• Responsible & self-motivated.
• Positive working attitude, take the initiative to find and solve problems.
• Intern or Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Senior Executive - What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing, with proven experience leading and managing a team.
• Extensive experience in beauty brand promotion or in-depth knowledge of beauty and skincare products is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset and an affinity for numbers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A data-driven thinker who is up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
