Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Able to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management and team.
  • Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Organise and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare and update documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organised.
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
