Mandarin Speaker - Entry-Level Design Engineer 3D Scanning No Experience Require

Working Hours – Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Open to Fresh Graduates – No prior experience required; newcomers are welcome
• Language Requirement – Fluent Mandarin is a must; English proficiency is an added advantage
• Probation Structure – 3-month probation, including 1 month of training
• Educational Background – Minimum qualification: Diploma in any discipline
• Treatment Planning – Create customized treatment plans independently using proprietary 3D software with precision and efficiency
• Case Analysis – Review patient data such as scans, x-rays, photos, and prescriptions to develop clinically sound strategies
• Tooth Movement Design – Set tooth positions and movement stages according to internal clinical protocols for best outcomes
• Collaboration – Work closely with Quality Control and clinical experts to refine plans that meet internal standards and doctor expectations
• Annual Leave (AL) – Entitlement begins post-probation, starting with 8 days, plus 1 additional day for each full year of service

• Probation Period – A total of 3 months, which includes around 1 month of onboarding and training
• KPI During Training – Key performance indicators remain applicable throughout the training phase
