Technical Design Engineer

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical design role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of furniture production processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.
5. Proven leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Lead and actively participate in technical design and drafting process, producing precise and manufacturable shop drawing for furniture product.
8. Review and produce precise technical/shop drawings for furniture products.
9. Coordinate with the design team to translate creative concepts into manufacturable solutions.
10. Ensure all drawings comply with production capabilities, material specifications, and factory standards.
11. Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to resolve design challenges and optimize production efficiency.
12. Maintain documentation and version control for all design files and drawing packages.
13. Oversee quality assurance of technical outputs, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
14. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across design and production workflows.
