Reports To: Senior Finance ManagerMain Objective of the Job

Responsible for driving business planning and analysis activities, as well as leading the company’s pricing strategy to support informed decision-making and long-term profitability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Lead the business planning processes, including the development of the Annual Business Plan and Quarterly Forecasts.
  2. Support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for budget preparation and weekly/monthly forecasts (FARO).
  3. Consolidate and analyze financial performance against plans for management reporting and decision support.
  4. Develop, implement, and manage the company’s pricing strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  5. Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including Advertising and Material expenses.
  6. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from various business units.
  7. Conduct business case evaluations for major projects, including ROI analysis and post-implementation reviews to track benefits realization.
  8. Continuously improve financial planning and pricing processes to enhance cost efficiency and profitability.
  9. Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and business data to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
  10. Lead or contribute to cross-functional business initiatives as required.
  11. Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in finance.
  12. Perform any other duties as assigned in line with business needs.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Professional qualifications (ACCA / CPA / CIMA) are an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with Excel Macros, Power Query, and Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in external audit or audit-related functions is preferred.
