Wellness Therapist

Minimum education level: SPM or equivalent

• Able to communicate in CN and basic conversations in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are welcome — no experience needed as full training will be provided
• Excellent teamwork spirit — must enjoy working closely with others to deliver high-quality care
• Good physical stamina and hand coordination for massage-based therapies
• Neat appearance, with a warm, caring personality and approachable manner
• Strong sense of responsibility, patience, attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Provide women’s wellness care services such as ovary therapy, lymphatic massage, and other wellness treatments — comprehensive training will be provided
• Assist clients throughout their treatment journey with care, professionalism, and respect
• Understand clients’ conditions and provide basic wellness recommendations under guidance
• Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment room and prepare necessary tools before each session
• Help explain treatment flow and aftercare instructions to clients clearly
• Ensure accurate recording of customer details and service logs
• Support team members in daily operations and contribute to a smooth service flow
• Respond to client feedback and assist in improving service experience
• Uphold a positive work attitude, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times
