Aesthetic Therapist (Johor Bahru/ Petaling Jaya/Kuching)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
- Possess relevant certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or aesthetic treatments.
- Skilled in providing facial treatments, and other aesthetic services (training will be provided for advanced technologies).
- Strong understanding of skin types, skincare products, and post-treatment care.
- Able to explain treatment procedures, provide aftercare advice, and handle client inquiries with confidence.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols during all procedures.
- A team player with a positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and strong customer service mindset.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, depending on operational needs.
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic and facial treatments tailored to clients’ skin conditions and beauty goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records and follow-up notes.
- Ensure all treatments are carried out in accordance with company standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Explain treatment procedures clearly.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to encourage retention and repeat visits.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Attend training sessions to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, techniques, and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support overall clinic operations and client satisfaction.
