As a Project Executive, you are the essential bridge between client ambitions and agency execution. Your mission is to manage digital marketing projects with structure, foresight, and an uncompromising eye for quality. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform client goals into strategic timelines and tangible outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Project Management & Coordination
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are aligned with timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Create, manage, and monitor detailed project timelines and status reports across multiple accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, media, web) to allocate resources and prioritize deliverables.
Client Communication & Support
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, maintaining clear, professional, and responsive communication.
  • Lead client briefings and internal kick-off meetings; translate business goals into actionable creative and media briefs.
  • Prepare weekly updates, performance recaps, and post-campaign analysis reports.
Quality & Delivery
  • Ensure all project outputs meet internal quality standards and are aligned with brand guidelines and KPIs.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or risks early, and propose solutions proactively.
  • Coordinate client feedback loops and ensure timely revisions and approvals.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or account servicing, preferably in a digital or creative agency environment.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese— written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: social media, paid ads (Facebook/Google/IG), XHS, TikTok, SEM, SEO, email, web.
  • Familiar with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Competent in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting dashboards.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal) in English and Chinese.
  • Proactive problem-solver with sharp attention to detail and a passion for structure and efficiency.
  • Team player with a growth mindset — eager to learn, improve, and make processes better.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Bonus if you have
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Data Studio.
  • Exposure to creative tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe XD or Illustrator.
  • Experience working with tech startups, lifestyle brands, or e-commerce clients.
