Job Title: Junior Market Development Representative

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Mid Valley, The Garden

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Market Development Representative to help generate sales pipelines, either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in influencing existing or potential customers to express interest in subscribing to our solutions or services.

The ideal candidate must possess strong telecommunication skills, patience, and the ability to effectively handle objections. You must also be able to present the product clearly and be resilient, customer-centric, confident, friendly, and concise.

Training:

  • Duration: 2 weeks
  • Stipend: RM850 (for the training period)
  • Salary: RM3000 per month (if selected after training)

Contract:

  • Duration: 6 months

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers using a provided list of profiles to gauge interest in our solutions.
  • Product Presentation: Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features, use cases, and benefits.
  • Customer Interaction: Ask pertinent questions to understand customer needs and offer solutions that address those requirements.
  • Customer Information: Accurately record customer details and other relevant information in the system.
  • Documentation: Document customer conversations and record useful details for follow-up and analysis.
