Ampang Jaya - Sales manager/ senior sales executive (mro)

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Executive for a established MNC that specializes in MRO sector.

• Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute a thorough sales plan to meet sales targets and expand market presence in the MRO industry, with a focus on, but not limited to, Automotive, Semiconductor, and Electronics Manufacturing sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor actions, and gather customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.
• Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales projections, budgets, and performance reports to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals and customer requirements.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and finalize significant contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales success and drive continuous improvement.

• Strong understanding of products and the procurement process within the MRO industry.
• Broad experience in selling industrial automation equipment or chemicals for manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing sector, particularly in vehicle assembly, automotive parts production, or semiconductor fabrication, is a plus.
