Internship For Supply Chain Assistant

Currently pursuing a Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 months internship period (or willing to extend to 6 months).
- Fields of Study: Business Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Agriculture, or Food Science/ Food Tech.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the department.
- Support data entry, documentation, and record keeping to ensure accurate information management.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and basic analysis using Microsoft Office.
- Support inventory tracking, stock coordination, and supply chain documentation where required.
- Assist with purchasing, supplier coordination, and order processing activities.
- Support retail or operational teams in monitoring stock levels, product movement, and store operations.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and assist in preparing internal documentation or presentations.
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Conduct basic research or data collection to support business improvement initiatives.
- Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
