- Ability to assess and evaluate training needs and program effectiveness.
- Assist in aligning company culture with values and vision through key projects and collaborations.
- Work with departments to integrate cultural attributes into business processes.
- Conduct sessions on culture, change management, and leadership development.
- Identify and enhance HR workflows like performance management and employee engagement.
- Analyse data, track results, and report on cultural and process improvements.
