Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and meticulously record all financial transactions in AutoCount Accounting Software.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Issue payment vouchers, invoices, and statements with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, contributing to the timely completion of financial reporting.
- Ensure timely submission of all accounting-related tasks and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCount Accounting Software is essential.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Must be trustworthy, organized, and responsible in handling confidential financial information with the utmost discretion.
