We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant cum Admin (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team. Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement: LCCI / SPM or equivalent.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling a full set of simple accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and committed approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Positive attitude, self-discipline, and dedication to work.
- Ability to commence employment immediately is highly desirable.

As an Account Assistant Cum Admin (Mandarin Speaker), you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP): Process invoices, payments, and petty cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handling Daily Accounting Tasks: Execute daily accounting functions to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Performing General Administrative Duties: Support day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain office efficiency.
- Completing Ad-Hoc Assignments: Undertake additional tasks as required to support team goals and projects.
- Utilizing AutoCount Accounting Software (Advantageous): Leverage your knowledge of AutoCount to enhance accounting processes.
- Willingness to work at Taman Perindustrian KIP Kepong initially and relocate to our new office at Rawang by Q3 2025.
