Duties And Responsibility
- Handle full set of accounting work such as AR, AP, Management Account, Bank Reconciliation Financial Statement, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget, SST and E-Invoicing Reporting
- Responsible for furnishing tax information to tax agent, checking and finalizing their queries and ensure tax computation ready as schedule
- Preparation payments according to payment cycle for multiple vendor
- Preparation management and financial statement analysis reports.
- Financial and SST report preparation and submission
- Statutory payment and report
- E-invoicing and follow regulations
- Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure accurate, timely payment and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
- Overseeing an accounts department team involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting functions, and managing the team's performance and development.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties and when assigned from time to time

Qualifications :
- A Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy
- Handle and prepare full set management accounts for multiple companies
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to exercise judgement and discretion, interpret guideline and resolve nonstandard work problems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting Software
- Able to speak & write in good English, Malay, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- SST and E-Invoicing experience preferred
- Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi- task
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good time management especially in meeting timelines
