What you will bring:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (recruitment industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do
  • Expand & identify new sales leads and potential new markets across various channels not limited to cold call, email, social media, networking events etc
  • Conduct market research and market mapping to penetrate relevant markets that align to company strategy
  • Understand client business structures, hiring needs, and industry trends to propose tailored talent solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver on client requirements and ensure high-quality service.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions to enhance company visibility.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms of business.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
