Sales & Events Executive

We're looking for a Sales & Events Executive to own the full sales cycle for a beautiful event venue and coworking space - from finding new clients to closing bookings to making sure events run smoothly.

If you enjoy building relationships and being the face of a brand, this role is for you.

About the Space

We run two spaces in Desa Sri Hartamas:

The Timber Space – a Balinese-inspired event venue hosting weddings, corporate events, workshops, and private functions.

Oasis Coworking – a wellness-inspired coworking space for founders, creatives, and entrepreneurs.

• Outbound sales — reach out to corporate HR, event agencies, and wedding planners via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Close inbound leads from our qualified pipeline
• Conduct venue viewings and site tours
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee events on the day
• Build a pipeline of 50–100 prospect accounts
• Drive repeat bookings through client check-ins

• Base: RM 3,000/month + commission

Who We're Looking For

If you:

• have 1–3 years in sales, BD, or account management
• are comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
• are warm, professional, and well-presented in person
• have strong English communication skills
• are a self-starter with own transport

Bonus if you have hospitality/events experience or an existing network of event agencies and corporate HR in KL.
