Admin Executive (Students Affairs Executive)

1. Coordinates and administers all students matters, such as course registration, to source for accommodation for outstation students, to prepare for graduation ceremony, to prepare for orientation and extend help to students where necessary.
2. Resolve students’ grievances and provide counselling.
3. Address student concerns and also misconduct; and take appropriate actions.
4. To maintain a student’s database.
5. Provide advice to student regarding lesson plans, to ensure the Academy policies and procedures are compiled by students; directs students to appropriate advisor or departmental manager.
6. Assists in collaboration with hotels, factory, café, bakery etc to provide student internship, and job opportunities upon graduation.
7. Participate in the events and exhibitions if required.
8. Joining meeting with the exam board, City & Guilds if required.

1. Minimum Diploma in any field.
2. Passionate about working with and for students
3. Firm but friendly personality. Able to practice “fair & equal” to all students.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills
5. Able to work effectively and independently
6. Reliable, Mature, and Responsible
7. Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting knowledge
8. High school Diploma/Business Admin Studies or relevant filed is preferre
9. Monday-Friday & half days on alternate Saturdays.
