- Oversee comprehensive market research projects to validate product concepts, understand evolving customer trends, and inform future strategy.
- Create engaging B2C marketing materials as well as trade promotions tailored to different sales channels to support ongoing sales growth.
- Design in-store marketing solutions that foster customer engagement and encourage purchase decisions at the point of sale.
- Optimise use of market intelligence tools such as Nielsen reports to track campaign effectiveness, monitor trade sales promotions, and assess shifts in market share.

- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem including social media management, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), customer relationship management (CRM), content marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Track record of successfully launching new products from concept through to market introduction within the FMCG or food-related industries.
- Expertise in designing and executing 360-degree omnichannel marketing campaigns that integrate digital platforms with traditional media outlets.
- Exceptional communication skills complemented by polished presentation abilities suitable for diverse audiences at all levels of seniority.
- Experience managing complex projects under pressure while maintaining attention to detail during crisis situations or tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; an MBA would be considered advantageous for this position.
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years’ overall experience in marketing roles with at least 3 years spent in a senior or leadership capacity within FMCG or related sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of consumer behaviour patterns within food industries as well as familiarity with relevant market regulations.
