- Perform market analysis and competitive research: Execute thorough market analysis to gain insights into the Malaysia homeware sector, consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape. Identify opportunities, market gaps, and key segments to guide effective marketing strategies. Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, competitor moves, and consumer behaviors to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Build retail collaborations and distribution networks: Partner with both online and offline retail collaborators to forge strategic alliances and distribution networks for our new brand. Utilize your previous retail experience to negotiate advantageous terms, secure optimal shelf placements, and enhance brand visibility. Create marketing initiatives and promotions aimed at boosting sales and strengthening brand presence in retail spaces.
- Design and execute marketing initiatives: Craft innovative and compelling marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Utilize a blend of traditional and digital marketing channels, such as social media, influencer collaborations, content creation, and experiential events to optimize reach and impact. Join forces with the creative team to generate captivating visuals, copy, and marketing materials.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and analyze data: Employ analytical tools to track the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Examine critical metrics, including brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales outcomes, to extract actionable insights. Refine campaigns through data-informed decision-making and modify strategies to meet marketing goals.

- Demonstrated track record (4-7years) in brand marketing and retail operations, specifically for premium brands.

- Proven capability to design and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
