Warehouse Assistant

Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1 year warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
- Familiar with barcode scanner and inventory processes.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift driving experience is an added advantage.
- flexibility to work on weekends, including Saturday and Sunday, based on operational needs.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Load and unload goods safely.
- Update stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform stock count, cycle count, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper labeling, barcode scanning, and stock arrangement.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Report stock discrepancies or damages to supervisor.
- Follow company procedures and supervisor instructions.
