Offline Business Development Executive (Event & Retail)

Full-Time Team Member Job Description

Working Hours: 45 hours per week (includes weekends during events)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,500/month
• Allowance: RM300/month
• Performance Incentives: Up to RM1,000/month

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail operations ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, managing logistics and setup.
• Supervise and train part-time staff during retail hours and events.
• Manage inventory, restocking, and ensure proper handling of products.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and manage timely delivery.
• Provide support in promotional activities and content creation.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to adapt to changing situations and event requirements.
• Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in retail/event management preferred but not required.
