POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To manage, execute and monitor the operations of CARE Ambassadors so as to enrich customer experience driving hand-in-hand with service culture enhancement at KLIA and klia2.

• Manage SLA and productivity targets.
• Quality management on feedback done by CARE Exec.
• To assist with CARE-chat when needs arise.
• Developing project management deliverables (work plan).
• Preparing documentation such as reports & other ad-hoc communications.
• To work on all types of paperwork and projects.
• To spearhead & execute on CARE-sys awareness, buy-ins including training activities related to CARE products.
• Maintain effective working relationship with case owners & stakeholders.
• Able to advise and coordinate with all related parties in ensuring effective & efficient implementation.
• To ensure CARE process functions in tandem with SOP.
• To continuously work on updating Knowledge Base.

• To manage feedback within specific timeframe.
• To get buy-ins from internal and external stakeholder to use the system.
• To attend enquiries via CARE-chat. All agents must be resourceful to be able to provide answers during chat session.
• To conserve company's image & reputation in communication especially during crisis.
• To ensure all information are updated at all time.

• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a delivery focus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Experienced in managing SLA and effective teams with track record

Education

• Degree Certificate preferably with specialization in Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Master Degree would be an added advantage.

Relevant Industries

• Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and minimum 3 year relevant experience.
