We are seeking an experienced Finance & Admin Manager to lead our Finance and Admin team. You will play a key role in ensuring financial discipline, compliance, and efficiency across the organisation. This is a leadership role where you will oversee a team of Finance and Admin executives and work closely with senior management.

  • Manage and supervise Finance & Admin executives in day-to-day operations
  • Oversee bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and general ledger functions
  • Lead budget planning, monitoring, and reporting
  • Manage procurement processes and project budgets to ensure financial accountability
  • Monitor and optimise cashflow management
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies
