As a Sales Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing product presentation and driving sales within key customer accounts such as Aeon, Parkson, and Lotus's. This position offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships, implement strategic promotional activities, and ensure efficient stock management.Your contributions will directly impact our brand's success and visibility in the market.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Conduct regular visits to key customer accounts (Aeon, Parkson, Lotus's, etc.) to assess product placement, presentation, and overall store conditions. Identify opportunities to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and follow up on daily operations within assigned accounts, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards and promotional guidelines. Proactively address any issues or discrepancies to maintain optimal product availability and presentation.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain excellent working relationships with key customer contacts, including store managers, department heads, and merchandising teams. Serve as a trusted advisor and partner, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Promotional Planning: Develop and execute monthly promotional activities in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. Plan and implement in-store displays, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and increase sales volume. Analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct monthly stock counts at assigned accounts to ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent stockouts. Monitor product expiration dates and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize product freshness. Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory replenishment and ensure timely delivery of products.
