- Assist in conducting incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electronic components and products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize various measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, multimeters, and microscopes, to perform accurate and reliable quality checks.
- Record and analyze inspection data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's quality management system, including documentation control and audit preparation.
- Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper storage and handling of inspection equipment and materials.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge of quality control techniques, industry standards, and company procedures.
