Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin, Logistics or related field.
- 2–3 years of working experience in operations/logistics/purchasing is advantageous.
- Physically active – willing to be on the ground when needed.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.

- Good command of Bahasa Melayu & English (Mandarin is a plus).

- Maintain and update purchasing records, inventory logs, and cost tracking.
- Apply and follow up on Port Pass Applications for drivers and vehicles.
- Liaise with site and port authorities for vehicle access and entry arrangements.
- Prepare and follow up on GDN (Goods Delivery Notes).
- Manage data entry for Packing Lists, inbound/outbound materials, and movement records. Vehicle & Driver Coordination
- Arrange PUSPAKOM inspection bookings and ensure compliance.
- Plan and allocate drivers for daily transport requirements.
- Ensure inspection documents, licenses, and road tax renewals are handled properly.
- Coordinate vehicle usage and assist with fleet availability planning. Operational Support
- Assist the operation supervisor/team on daily execution of site tasks.
- Perform on-ground checks, document verifications, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Coordinate between departments for smooth delivery and dispatch operations.
