• Assist the team in building and maintaining our social media presence.
• Identify trends and insights, then translate these findings into strategies to optimize performance and marketing spend.
• Analyze customers’ end-to-end experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, then suggest improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s programme, preferably in Marketing Communications & Media or a related field.
• A good communicator for written and visual media.
• Proficient in English, with familiarity in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin a plus.
• Eager to learn about the renewable energy industry and residential solar photovoltaic market.
