  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating records related to ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 39001:2012 compliance.
  • Prepare and organize HSE-related documentation, including reports, audits, and training records.
  • Support the HSE team in conducting safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of HSE training sessions, meetings, and toolbox talks, including record-keeping for toolbox talks, safety conversations from every depot, and NemSo reports.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all HSE documents and reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of incident reports from all depots and assist in incident investigations when required.
  • Provide administrative support for HSE initiatives, including safety campaigns and awareness programs.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Cooperate with all depots through regular communication in daily tasks regarding HSE matters when needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper communication of HSE-related matters.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the HSE Executive or HSE Manager.
