Clerk - Kuantan Branch, Operations Department
  • SPM/STPM holder only.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Good in computer literacy and typing skills.
Clerk - Head Office, Claims Department
  • To list and search files/incoming claims documents.
  • To perform data entry and print edit listing for new claims.
  • To print policies and endorsements, write claim details on files’ cover, print PLA, debit notes/credit note.
  • To type/prepare acknowledgement letters and documents request letters.
  • To liaise with Underwriting Division on requesting policies and endorsements for unnamed declaration/renewal policies/policies not issued.
  • To despatch outgoing letters.
  • To scan claim documents.
  • To keep file record and file in box into Store House.
  • To attend to phone calls from insured, branches, agents on enquiries e.g. status of claim, claim procedures and etc.
Clerk - Head Office, Reinsurance Department
  • Perform data entry for CAB-Co Inward transactions across Head Office and Branches. Authorise and send closings via CAB-Co system.
  • Process Inward closings under CAB-FAC.
  • Scan policy and endorsement closings into the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Maintain organised filing of Reinsurance Office (RO) files, CAB Co-Inward, and Facultative Inward documents.
  • Print reports as required by the superior.
  • Conduct CAB account reconciliations.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned.
  • Scan treaty documentation into the DMS.
  • Prepare listings of outstanding closings.
  • Compile and submit monthly bordereaux listings.
Clerk - Kuantan Branch, Operations Department
  • To be in-charge of policy data entry, updating and printing for all classes including submission to date to TRIM.
  • To handle walk-in customers.
  • To handle motor premium collection and statement.
  • To prepare e-Insurance report for motor class.
  • To monitor CBC for motor and personal accident classes.
