  • Prepare accurate and concise meeting minutes, professional business correspondence, and detailed reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin.
