Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

• Handle local existing and new customers
• Follow up customer’s enquires
• Follow up with local existing customers to upsell and cross-sell the services in the form of total sourcing solutions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources to support the sales process.
• Help build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Update and advise customers on service completion time
• Attend to Director and senior consultant’s assigned duties

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business studies or relevant qualification
• Fresh graduates or individuals with different working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): Mandarin & English, Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
• Able to work independently and also a good team player.
• Result-oriented, strong self-motivation and work discipline.
• Possess a cheerful, happy, positive mindset.
